Constituent Services

Constituent services are available for all Ward 2 residents, as well as our local businesses. For the most basic issues, we use the 311 system to first log the issue and then we work with the relevant government agency to fulfill the request. For more complex issues we work directly with government agencies over time to resolve the issue. We do our work in partnership with constituents and their ANCs, as well as the Mayor’s office to ensure we are all working toward the same goal.

About 311

If you need non-emergency assistance from a District of Columbia agency, you can call or report the issue via 311. To report something online, visit https://311.dc.gov/. To report an issue via text, send a message to 32311 (DC311), and you will be asked a series of questions to define the issue.
