During an interview with ABC 7 News, Councilmember Pinto talked about her recent legislation, the "Business and Entrepreneurship Support to Thrive Amendment Act of 2021" or the "BEST Act."
"We want Washington, DC to be the best place to do business in the region," said Pinto in the interview. "You shouldn't need to hire a lawyer to get started in business in Washington, DC."
