Ward 2 Councilmember Brooke Pinto's office will host a 2026 spring internship for a college student. Interns will support the daily operations of Councilmember Pinto’s office by assisting with constituent services, scheduling, event planning, communications, and legislative tracking. Interns will learn about the structure and functions of DC local government, the legislative process, and Ward 2-specific issues. Duties may include preparing materials for events, drafting memos and social media content, planning community engagement events, and handling constituent service casework. Individuals with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are encouraged to apply.
